Return to home

Hi, I am Cindi Joy Staller.

A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, smiling and posing with her hands on her hips, wearing a blue floral shirt and blue jeans, standing indoors in front of a dark gray and black background.

I graduated from The Northwest Center for Structural Integration in 2019 and from the Hellerwork Practitioner Training Program (Hellerwork) in 2021. Both programs were transformational for me and were the first steps into the labyrinth of my own heart.

After graduating from the Hellerwork training program, Joseph Heller, the founder of Hellerwork, requested I come offer sessions in Mt. Shasta, CA where he lived and had retired from practicing. Saying yes was the next step on the journey into the labyrinth of my heart.

My visits to Mt. Shasta led me to stay at a home that rented out rooms on Airbnb. I made fast friends with the host, Donna Jackson, who became a huge champion of my bodywork among her guests and in the community. With her support and encouragement, I started splitting my time between Portland, OR, Medford, OR, and Mt. Shasta, CA, spending several months out of the year on the mountain and as an Airbnb guest in her home.

Our friendship birthed ideas much bigger than ourselves as she continued to host international retreats in Mexico, Peru, and India and I had dreams of keeping Mt. Shasta as a home base for my traveling practice. We would sit by the wood stove on a cold evening, eat a home cooked meal, and weave dreams to support travelers, businesses, and projects. There was always so much flow and ease in our exchanges.

Donna had a retreat business where she led groups in Mexico, Peru, and India. Over time, I started to host her Airbnb during the times she traveled until she eventually felt called to relocate to Mexico. It was a natural, but surreal, progression for me to take over hosting the home permanently and make it my own. That was the beginning of the Healing House, an incubator space that was shaped by the journey of my life and the dreams and desires that were birthed along the way.

The labyrinth of my heart has led me to hosting the Healing House as an incubator space for you. A place to step out of your day-to-day and nurture that deeper heart path into your own journey and purpose much bigger than yourself.

My Hellerwork practice has matured into my own work, now called Healing House Structural Integration that sits within the broader vision for the Healing House incubator home.

My approach to the incubator space:

  1. Weekend/week personal retreat

  2. Month or Season Long term stay to incubate a project

  3. Healing House Structural Integration Sessions - personal support

This is the next step in my own heart’s labyrinth.
