About

The Labyrinth of the Heart is a way to talk about the winding path that is taken when we enter into our own heart space.

A stylized drawing of a heart with a plant growing inside it, with leaves and roots extending upward and downward.

The Healing House is a physical home for you to anchor your visions.

The Healing House Structural Integration sessions are my offerings to help you anchor into your physical body, not just your projects.

The Healing House in Mount Shasta is an incubator space for you who are deeply rooted in your own spiritual values, vision, or artistic purpose in the world.

Living room with beige carpeting, wall art, small table with lamp, and a doorway leading to another sitting area with lamps, couches, and a fireplace.

A retreat to dream, form, articulate, and fine tune before you share your work. A respite from your day-to-day to nurture your passions into form.

Spend a weekend, week, month or season in a home space safe enough for you to take that next brave step on your journey. Allowing you to relax, just like walking a labyrinth that takes you into your own heart.

Return to the world refreshed and ready to share the nuggets of gold anchored within yourself that only comes from walking the labyrinth of your heart.

These sessions help you ease into the labyrinth of your own heart and bring you into a deeper relationship with yourself and the vision you carry, the one that is bigger than just you.

They have a tendency of helping you move through experiences of being held back and to step further into your labyrinth.

Step onto the Labyrinth.

A Healing House Structural Integration session involves an intake conversation, walking and standing posture review, hands on work on a massage table, and movement guidance (as needed).

Expect about 90 minutes for the intake and session together.

  • Intro to the labyrinth

Single session with the intent of softening your heartspace, a great place to start!

Your heart is nested on top of your diaphragm so the first session is aimed at releasing your diaphragm, freeing your breath, and softening your heart.

  • Taking a few steps deeper into the labyrinth these three sessions target a specific issue you are facing.

Each of the three sessions has a goal developed for you to unwind a specific issue you are facing like a hip imbalance or throat restrictions from holding back speaking the words on your heart.

    $360

  • Walking the full labyrinth these ten sessions systematically walk you through the path of unwinding your fascial system.

The Labyrinth Approach

Why a labyrinth?

My work has a way of weaving you into a deeper relationship with yourself by merging the essence of your being, the function of your anatomy, and the expression of your vision and purpose into the world.

I lovingly call this process walking the Labyrinth of the Heart because it inspires the courage to walk forwards through the winding curves of your life’s path.

Kind words.

  • “I am an active participant in my healing and I’m not alone while navigating it."

Hellerwork is different from other bodywork practices that I have experienced due to the fact that I was actively engaged throughout each stage of the process. In most other bodywork practices and philosophies, the client “receives a treatment”. With Hellerwork, I am an active participant in my healing.

This was a safe way for me to experience a healing process where someone else was engaged in the process with me. I was not alone while I navigated the structures of my body. I had a partner and a guide.

With Cindi’s guidance I can now feel and engage my bones, joints, ligaments, and muscles. I can feel how my skeletal structure is supporting me, and how my balance is negatively affected when I don’t engage my abdominal muscles. I am experiencing a new way of using my “core muscles” to balance my weight on my feet in order to take the pressure off of my lower back.

  • “I noticed significant improvements."

I confess that when I began treatment with Cindi Joy I had little understanding of the Hellerwork Structural Integration process. I appreciate that she patiently and carefully explained the process and benefits to me. She has a caring demeanor that is patient friendly. As we worked our way through the process, she continued to explain each step before with continued.

Cindi Joy has a wonderful “Caring Touch.” It’s clear from her manner, words, and touch that she truly cares about her patient. Although some people may enter the healthcare field for financial benefit, it’s clear that Cindi Joy is motivated to help people.

With the treatment I received, I noticed significant improvements in my flexibility, balance, and posture. In a gentle, caring way, Cindi Joy also worked with me to explore solutions to my emotional issues and concerns. I really appreciate that this process provides an effective, drug free, holistic alternative to conventional medical treatments.

    - Stan M.

  • “I highly recommend Cindi Joy!"

I highly recommend Cindi Joy! She has helped me with my hip, knee, ankle alignment which is important to prevent injury and ensure a healthy body.
